About the company
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-side vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, professional equipment for lawn maintenance and ground support equipment. Our products are used in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to game preserves.
Opportunity
As part of the growth of its activity, our client (based in Toulouse) is seeking to recruit an additional technician for its Paris branch. Under the responsibility of the Technical Director, you will be in charge of the maintenance, repair and installation of our professional mowers, our golf vehicles and our utility vehicles.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform repairs and accurately document repair information to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction;
Install, repair and replace parts and components for all brand products, while maintaining an efficient workflow with minimal supervision;
Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting for all mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems;
Identify the root cause of the non-compliance and effectively communicate diagnostic and repair information, where applicable;
Perform quality tests and validate all repairs to verify the functionality of the vehicle;
Flexibility to carry out repairs in the Paris agency, as well as at customer sites in and around Paris and further afield in the North and North East of France;
Communicate security issues and customer service requests to management;
Other tasks assigned by management.

This is why we are looking for a technician with the following experience, skills and qualities:
At least two years of professional experience as an agricultural/engine mechanic or similar;
Good knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and electricity;
You must be self-motivated and customer-oriented, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
As frequent travel is required in the region, you must hold a valid driver's license;
Ideally, you also hold an E license, as you will be required to tow vehicles as part of your duties. If you do not have an E license, the company will provide you with the necessary training.
