who are you

As a team lead production you must be able to read and understand assembly instructions and production orders. You need to have a strong work ethic and have attention to detail. Do you recognize yourself in the point listed below? Then you are the team lead production for us!

• 3 to 5 years of experience with computer assembly preferred
• Familiar with cycle count materials
• Knowledge of computer, electronic components or devices
• Ability to carry and/or lift at least 20 kg of materials
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

what will you do

As a team lead production you are in charge of the production line workers. You make sure they are on time, follow the ESD rules and that the production process is completed successfully. You will give your team tasks, guide them with the execution and monitor them. You make sure that the line process runs smoothly. At the same time keep a safe work environment. You perform a range of tasks, such as checking/ verifying materials with BOM before starting the process. This makes the job challenging and diverse!
