Job Description
As Senior Deal Desk Analyst you will be a key member of the Finance team, directly contributing to the growth of our business by partnering with key cross-functional team members to support all activities within the processing of our customer contracts. This is a pivotal role that will support the US Deals Desk team.
Responsibilities:
Be a trusted advisor and valuable partner to the North America Sales Team by supporting the order to invoicing process
Collaborate with Deals Desk and Order Management analysts in India and ensure prioritized deals are processed with velocity and accuracy
Partner with Sales, Legal, Billing, and Revenue Accounting on recommendations and options for deal structure and deal closure
Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and pricing promotions
Provide sales guidance on elements of a "good deal" utilizing historical trends in conjunction with current compliance policies
Develop and/or contribute to process improvement and control governance for the North American Sales Region
Participate in projects, sales training, and related initiatives from management as requested
Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3 days/ week (Tue - Thur) from our San Mateo HQ
