Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for our client based in Birmingham. As the Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as maintaining employee records.

Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:

Processing P45’s and new starter checklists

Processing leaver details

Statutory Payments calculations

Process timesheets in an accurate and timely manner

Answering pay related queries

Process payroll for employees on a regular basis

Payroll Administrator Details:

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 PA

Location: Birmingham

Schedule: Full time

Payroll Administrator Requirements:

Previous experience of working within a HR/Payroll environment

Excellent skills using Microsoft software, MS word and Excel

Confident and able to work under pressure

Current knowledge of legislation

Knowledge of using payroll systems

Good communication skills with good attention to detail
