They specialise in creating bespoke products for Rally and Racing enthusiasts worldwide, and we're looking for a skilled CNC Programmer, setter/machinist to add horsepower to our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a key player in our team, you'll collaborate closely with CAD designers to bring bespoke Motorsport dreams to life using cutting-edge CAD/CAM Hyper MILL technology. From concept to final production, you'll program, set, and machine using Haas ST20 3 Axis and Haas UMC750, unleashing your skills on Haas 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills, as well as Y-axis lathes. Your role includes dimensional and visual checks, deburring, finishing components, and maintaining a workplace that's not just productive but also clean and safe.
Skills and Experience:
Previous Experience as a CNC programmer, setter, and machinist.
Proficient in the thrill of 5-axis programming using Hyper MILL.
Navigate the twists and turns of Haas/Fanuc-controlled CNC Mills/Lathes with ease.
Read and interpret technical drawings like a motorsport map.
Commitment to podium-level quality and conformity to drawings/3D CAD models.
Thrive in the fast lane, working with tight tolerances and meeting deadlines.
Flexible attitude towards working hours, ready to hit top speed with overtime.
Self-motivated and capable of leading your own race.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to keep the team in sync.
