Daily Rental Executive
Milton Keynes (Monday to Friday - Office based)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?
We are currently hiring for the position of Daily Rental Executive for our Milton Keynes-based client, where you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients.
As a Daily Rental Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
Handling customer inquiries via telephone and email
Providing accurate quotations for customers
Arranging vehicle rental bookings according to personalised procedures
Maintaining detailed and precise records of all hires
⏰ Contacting customers for rental extensions
Producing reports for customers
Handling damage claims and traffic violations
Accurately managing invoices and credit notes
Assisting with general customer service inquiries
To excel in this role, you should possess the following characteristics:
✨ Flexible and motivated, with the ability to build strong relationships
Confident, proactive, and dynamic, with a can-do attitude
Excellent organisational and prioritization skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Packages and In-house applications
Team player with basic mathematical knowledge
