I am recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor with Healthcare experience, to work for an established Main Contractor based in Maidstone - £60k Salary!
The company:
You will be working for a Main Contractor based in Maidstone that have multiple projects coming up in the Kent area. They work in the Healthcare, Education, and Commercial Sectors, and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They want someone to become part of their close-knit team and stay for the long run to grow and develop with the company, eventually moving up into the Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
The role:
In this role you will be working on 2-3 projects at one time, based all over Kent. You will be working from their office in Maidstone to work closely with their already existing Commercial team. You will be expected to carry out the standard roles and responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor, taking on their new and upcoming projects. They are looking for someone that has had a stable career history and looking for their next long-term move. Along with someone specifically with healthcare experience within the last three years.
