*What will you be doing as Sales Customer Service Manager?
Partner with the General Manager to uphold top-tier operational standards
Lead Reception staff, providing training, conducting evaluations, and managing schedules
Expertly handle customer inquiries and concerns with finesse and professionalism
Ensure our facility maintains its prestigious 5-star status through impeccable maintenance
Forge strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs
Address IT/Telecom issues promptly, maintaining comprehensive records for swift resolutions
Maintain strict oversight of housekeeping to ensure consistently high standards
Showcase our facility to potential clients through engaging and informative tours
*What experience are we looking for in a Sales Customer Service Manager?
Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in delivering exceptional customer service
Proven track record in staff management, training, and development
Familiarity with managing commercial properties and addressing maintenance concerns
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in basic IT/Telephony troubleshooting with a willingness to adapt to new systems
Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
Driven by sales targets and adept at strategic sales planning
Skilled negotiator with a knack for closing deals
