Electrical Supervisor - Chester, UK - £45,000 per Annum + Benefits
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join the team in Chester. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of supervisor experience coupled with 6 years of maintenance experience in electrical systems.Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Provide technical guidance and training to electrical maintenance staff.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues.Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience in electrical maintenance.
At least 6 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
Proficiency in interpreting electrical diagrams and blueprints.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
