• Further development and support in the implementation of a global production system
• Further development of the existing shop floor management system and ensuring implementation at all sites
• Further development of the Lean maturity model for the ZKW Group
• Carrying out regular assessments as well as independent planning, implementation and moderation of Lean Workshops (e.g. logistics, value stream optimisation, productivity increase, set-up time optimisation, 6S)
• Cooperation with the factories of our international locations incl. progress assessment of the LEAN maturity level
• Technical leadership of the Lean Managers of all locations of the ZKW Group

• Completed technical or business education (HTL, FH, university)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of shop floor management in a production company
• Extensive, verifiable knowledge of 'Lean' methods (e.g. 6S, OEE, SMED, Kanban, value stream, TPM)
• Six Sigma training (at least Green Belt) desirable
• Independent and structured working style as well as a high hands-on mentality
• Distinct process thinking with high solution orientation
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Very good written and spoken English (C1 level)

• For this position we offer a minimum salary of € 4.805,08gross/month(according to collevtive agreement). The actual salary depends of course on professional experience and qualifications
