As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning for our clients. Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
Develop tax strategies for clients to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings
Review and analyze client tax returns and financial statements
Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Advise clients on tax implications and potential opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
CPA certification required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite
