Job Role: Engineering Supervisor / Team Leader (Electrical Bias)
Basic Salary: £53 000 Per Year
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire (Commutable from West Yorkshire & South Yorkshire)
Shift Pattern: 3 On 3 Off (Only work 40% of the year)
Start Date: ASAP

Engineering Team Leader Role
* Point of contact for the engineers
* Managing and supervising of engineers
* Provide support and direction to the engineers on your team
* Support the team to identify work that should be done by outside contractors by assessing the skills needed and the time required to perform the tasks
* Perform risk assessments and plan safe methods of work
* Support with planned or reactive maintenance on machinery as required to optimize machine uptime
* Assist the team during equipment breakdowns
* Lead or participate in breakdown analysis / root cause analysis to prevent repeat failures
* Support the team to plan future maintenance activities
* Promote improvements in maintenance practices and systems of work
* Lead or participate in improvement projects
Engineering Team Leader Candidate
* Desires to work alongside a great team and management for the long term, with ambitions to stay and develop in to higher management
* Comes from a manufacturing background or similar
* Apprentice trained / Level 3 qualified or equivalent
