Logistics Co-Ordinator

Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000

Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Logistics Co-Ordinator to work for an established Logistics service provider. The role works executing daily operations related tasks, monitoring inbound operations, providing excellent customer service and acting as a key problem-solver. The ideal candidate will have prior logistics experience, a keen knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, as well as strong communication skills to be able to build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders. Experience of sea freight an advantage and attention to detail is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor inbound schedule with the Warehouse from all over the world
* Manage deliveries for multiple customers sites nationwide
* Report daily order levels, conducting investigations and resolving any discrepancies
* Conduct daily and weekly checks, reporting findings as required
* Assist with outbound orders for domestic and international shipments, conducting outbound tracking and verifying delivery while resolving all errors within the system
* Create weekly reports of KPIs and of logistics operations to be shared with all key stakeholders

Key Skills/Experience:

* Previous experience in Logistics
* Previous experience using ERP systems
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
* Excellent communication skills
Food supplier of dried ingredients Get deliveries from all over the world Customer clearance is outsourced They have about 50 suppliers but only use 20 This person will manage from PO onwards Organise transport to get the product from supplier to delivery point Must be very organised, great attention to detail, team player
