Quality Manager

The successful Quality Manager will lead the Quality team, which consists of approximately 14 members over 2 sites. They will be involved in the implementation and leadership of Quality Action Plans.

The role will involve:

You will be responsible for managing the quality management system (ISO9001)
Lead and co-ordinate the Audit process
You will be responsible for managing the non-conformance process (NCR) and will be tasked with eliminating errors for the future
Implement Quality Management Systems across multiple sites to meet customer requirements in line with the agreed strategic and business objectives of the Company
Collaborate effectively with regional colleagues and with Global Quality for strategic direction
Responsible for maintaining ISO9001:2015 accreditation and reducing the number of customer complaints
Monitor, lead and implement continuous improvement ideas into the Standard operating procedure

Previous proven experience in a similar role is essential

Effective influencer of people with prior team management
Proven leadership skills
Good Stakeholder Management
Degree or Diploma in Quality Management or Engineering
Black belt certified would be advantageous
