We are recruiting for one of our established clients for a Customer Service Advisor based in Wolverhampton.
Our client is a global organisation with offices around the world who offer great opportunities for career progression. You will be joining a diverse team that are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to their customers and assisting internal colleagues with queries.
Day to day duties will include
Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
Liaising with internal teams and customers to relay information
Basic administration
Minor complaint handling and escalation where necessary
What you will need
Good IT skills - You will be required to use multiple IT systems to gather the required information for the customer, full training will be given.
Be able to act reliably and ethically - Written and verbal fluency in English.
Be a problem-solver.
Be able to cope under pressure.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
