Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a multi officed and disciplined legal 500 client of ours in their search for a new Corporate Solicitor to join their well established team and tight nit team in their corporate Cradley Heath office.
Our client is a Leading Corporate firm outside of the city centre, with outstanding Legal 500 quality matters to work on. You will be joining an established team with a large caseload and great experienced support staff
The role will see the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on:
* Joint Ventures.
* Succession Planning.
* Banking & Finance.
* Management buy-ins & buy-outs.
* Acquisitions & disposal or shares.
* Business structures.
