The Office Manager will play a crucial role in their management team, supporting the senior manager in achieving company strategic plans. They are seeking someone who is proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a keen commercial awareness and a talent for process training and personal development. Role Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintained a complete account for customer prices for live sites on our operating system and prepared pre-invoice reports for general ledger entries.

To receive accurate and effective log and action telephone orders from the public and trade.

Monitor workflow of customer orders vs vehicle compacity, budget variances, and customer financial performance.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure accounting standards and regulations compliance.

Assist in preparing annual holiday cover and forecasts for the pack times and sickness.

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management,

Coordinate office maintenance activities, such as building repairs and fire reports.

Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes to ensure adequate stock levels.

Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to promote efficiency and compliance.

Manage, develop, and support the signing of supplier invoices.

Provide commercial contract support by working with our sales team.

Process timesheets for employees across multiple subsidiaries and sites,

Maintain employee records, including personnel files, timesheets, and leave accruals.

To liaise with other department heads to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Full Time 8-hour shift on weekdays Mon- Fri
