Your role: -

Joining us, you would be undertaking a full 360 recruitment role, your main responsibilities will be to source and win new business through proactive sales calls (cold calling and warm leads), and lead generation, understand their hiring requirements in order to find the best candidates for their positions!

As a Recruitment Consultant you will act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, providing insight into market trends and developing your knowledge and understanding of your market through proactive learning and research, to enable you to become a credible 'go to' person for your clients and candidates

What we are looking for:

Passionate, outgoing and confident individuals
Driven to succeed within a sales based role
If you have experience working to and exceeding sales targets (direct sales, outbound contact centres for example, but not limited to this) this would be great,
Confident making outbound calls to potential clients and candidates
Dedicated and determined to succeed. This is key, as recruitment, like any sales role, can have good days as well as bad
Someone who wants to provide the best service to their clients and candidates
Highly motivated and proactive, this isn't your typical 9-5 job - you are responsible for building your own client and candidate base

Starting salary as a Trainee of £25k + uncapped commission (with no thresholds)
