This role requires a someone who has Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills at all organisational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive employee records, safeguarding personal data and confidential information with precision and care.
* Be the go-to person for day-to-day HR inquiries, effectively managing tasks from onboarding new hires to payroll intricacies, and everything in between.
* up to date with the latest employment laws and HR best practices, to ensure you're always at the top of your profession.
You must have at least 3 years proven experience within HR role and CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent. Must have knowledge of employment law and demonstrable experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment.
