We are excited to offer a career opportunity working as a Shift manager at Booja-Booja who produce Organic and Dairy free products.

Role Overview:

Responsible for professional management in the factory's operations.

Ensuring the operations team exhibit company and corporate ethos.

Role Responsibilities:

Production:

Responsible for achieving productions plans, efficiently in accordance to set targets. To high standards and within hygiene standards. Following H&S.
Develop in conjuction high performing ops teams.
Being the main point of contact for all production matters.
Maximise ingredients, packaging and most importantly the people to ensure maximum growth margins. Quality management:

Adhere to quality monitoring systems.
Always be responsible for GMP and Hygiene, always throughout factory and premises.
Ensure you are in conjunction with factory and technical managers to ensure company passes all accreditation.

People Management:

Model all core values such as professionalism, innovation, and development within the team.
Ensure effective and appropriate performance and wellbeing in the team (PAWS)
Work in conjunction with the management team, creating a culture of continuous improvement. Improving products, processes, procedures, and policies.
Actively promote employment policies.
Factory managers deputy.

Company Overview:

Making Vegan and Organic dairy free products, team of 50 made up of 50% production based and the rest operations. Seasonal staff join the team during busier periods.

Health & Safety
Responsible for the factory Health and Safety, maintaining the highest standards ensuring that employees adhere to H&S policy guidelines.

Facilities and Site

Keyholder
Responsible to training the factory team to set the alarms and all procedures. General Management

Attend and contribute to appropriate Management Team meetings.
You may be required to carry out or assist with other tasks, from time to time, which may or may not be related to the areas above.
