**Role Overview:**
As our Supply Chain Director, you'll be responsible for executing against our approved Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) plan while coordinating seamlessly across functions to achieve our business objectives within the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) horizon. If you have a successful track record in manufacturing supply chain management and are proficient in utilizing Microsoft D365 or similar large enterprise systems, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the implementation and advocacy of Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) initiatives, championing them across the organization.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all S&OE related queries or discussions, driving alignment and collaboration.
- Collaborate with the wider team to prepare for S&OE meetings, providing insightful pre-reads containing agenda items and data to inform decision-making.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of demand, supply, and financial aspects of supply chain operations, identifying short-term executional issues and proposing solutions.
- Align tactical planning with granular execution to optimize operational costs and enhance efficiency.
- Identify and highlight risks and opportunities during S&OE meetings to facilitate informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
