HGV Mechanic

Salary - Up to £50 000

Responsibilites
Conduct pre-MOT inspections and address any defects
Perform periodic vehicle and equipment inspections, services, and repairs
Diagnose and rectify vehicle defects
Attend to breakdowns
Maintain compliance through precise document control
Make technical decisions and order necessary parts
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications, training, and experience as an HGV Technician
Ability to inspect to DVSA HGV standard with MOT preparation experience
Motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
IRTEC qualified or willing to undergo assessment
10-hour shifts
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability a bonus
Category C Licence & Level 3 City and Guilds preferred
RTW – United Kingdom essential
