My client, a highly regarded Top 100 law firm, are seeking a driven Property Disputes Senior Associate to join their esteemed team in Brighton. The team currently consists of over 15 experts from Partner to Junior Associates. They are a full-service firm with over 150 specialist lawyers across multiple offices based in the Southeast and London.

The department represents a wide array of complex dispute matters relating to commercial real estate, residential real estate disputes, and development and land disputes. To be successful in this role you must:

Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 5+ PQE in Dispute Resolution.
Demonstrate interest in dispute resolution, encompassing property litigation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Competent IT skills.
