Air Conditioning Internal Salesperson

Position Summary:

The Internal Salesperson is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with customers from within the office environment. This role involves handling inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

The Internal Salesperson will work closely with the sales team and other departments to meet sales targets and drive the growth of the company.

Salary: Starting at £30,000 plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.

Sales Activities:

* Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.

* Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

Account Management:

* Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts.

* Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely follow-up and order fulfillment.

Sales Support:

* Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

* Provide support in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Administrative Duties:

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

* Process orders, handle paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.

Experience:

* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

* Experience in B2B sales is a plus.

Skills:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
