Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join a well establish company.
Principle Responsibilities for the Customer Operations Specialist:
* The purpose of the role is to ensure that all customers internationally receive a first class experience in their contract with our client.
* To provide support to the commercial team in their day-to-day activities and to help them in delivering the KM business growth objectives.
Person specification for the Customer Operations Specialist:
* Full responsibility for customer orders from receipt to delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers & suppliers.
* Calculate the cost of goods and services to ensure customer requirements are met, whilst achieving/succeeding expected target margins.
* Communicate with customers to offer the best service.
* Book road transport for UK and EUR deliveries.
* Plan routes and book transport for imports & exports by air or sea freight.
* Understand differing requirements and prepare paperwork when shipping internationally.
* Resolve transport & shipment issues.
* Liaise with all departments within the business to ensure commercial, procurement, finance, design and technical requirements are met.
* Raise & follow-up supplier non-conformances to ensure full corrective actions are received and customer satisfaction is achieved.
* Work with customers to analyse forecasts, and co-ordinate with procurement to forward plan material requirements.
* Ensure all customer details are maintained and up to date on the database.
This is a full-time permanent position as a Customer Operations Specialist offering an annual salary of £27,000 to £29,000 25 Days holiday and pension.
