We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our clients dynamic Property Procurement team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for collecting, organising, and analysing large datasets to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities hidden within the data. Your analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information through compelling reports and visualisations will be instrumental in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organise data from various sources
Perform statistical analysis and develop insightful reports and visualisations
Create dashboards and automated reports to monitor performance
Continuously improve processes and systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting
Communicate findings and collaborate with stakeholders, local authorities, and subcontractors
Ensure timely submission of weekly reports and maintain accurate records in relevant systems
To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of data visualisation tools, such as Excel and Power BI. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary range of £32,000.00 - £35,000.00 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package
