Media Coordinator

Do you like arranging schedules?  Are you good at organizing and planning travel?  Are you detail oriented and great at follow through?
RentVision is looking for a Media Coordinator to help organize and deploy our media team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling shoots, booking travel arrangements, and coordinating media services and projects for RentVision’s clients.
This is a full-time, exempt, and salaried position that will work at our Lincoln, NE office.
RentVision is on a mission to make renting apartments easy. We provide dynamic marketing solutions to our clients in the multifamily (apartment) industry. Our Media Team is at the forefront of this work, creating remarkable visual content that captures communities in their best light, and gives prospective residents the best experience in finding an apartment.
Requirements
You're an excellent fit for this position if you...
Are organized and adaptable. We need a Media Coordinator that can synchronize multiple travel schedules, schedule shoots across the US, and communicate changes to both clients and travelers.  If you can do this efficiently in order to maximize trips and minimize travel costs, you’re the right person for the job.
Have travel experience. Are you familiar with booking flights, rental cars, and hotels? Knowledge of how to navigate travel challenges and familiarity with travel booking platforms is preferred. 
Are able to provide excellent customer service.  This role will be highly engaged in scheduling shoots with our clients. You must be adept at both email and phone communication.
Bonus Points… if you have experience with Apple Computers, G-suite, Slack, or (url removed).
