Position: Heating Engineer

Job Description: Responsible for installing and commissioning renewable heating systems and associated products. The individual will have a high standard of work and able to work both on their own and in a team environment. The Heating Engineer has the confidence to liaise with customers and communicate effectively, solving problems and challenges as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with the customer to explain how the products and systems work

• Provide ongoing help and support as the work is carried out

• Installs heating systems and renewable products

• Provides support to the team when required with planned work

• Completes the necessary paperwork for each of the completed jobs, in a timely manner.

• Undertake training on new products and technologies in order to provide advice to customers with confidence

Requirements:

* Time served/apprentice trained in plumbing/heating

* BPEC qualifications in heat pumps, unvented, water, regulations and part L

* Customer facing experience
