We are recruiting for a full time Shift Manager (Recruitment Agency) position to join our Challenge-trg Recruitment agency team in Doncaster, DN3 3FB. If you are ambitious individual who is looking for a meaningful career with a long-term progression, this position is just right for you!

Your pay rate as a Shift Manager (Recruitment Agency):

You will receive a salary equivalent of £23,920 - £28,080 per annum with possibility to work extra hours.

*Higher salary is based on working night/late shift hours*

Job Purpose:
Expectations of a Shift Manager (Recruitment Agency) for Challenge trg Recruitment includes supporting client and workforce daily ensuring delivery of a service level agreement. Building great relationships with both client and workforce to ensure trust and excellent customer service experience. Tackling main recruitment and operational challenges to deliver agreed level of KPI's. Individuals in this role are expected to be flexible with working patterns to support coverage for vacation and ensure client expectations are met with coverage of shifts

Responsibilities as a Shift Manager (Recruitment Agency):

Being involved in recruitment activities
Workforce management which includes but is not limited to time and attendance, absence, performance
Colleague support, welfare and engagement
Attending regular briefings and meetings
Conducting regular warehouse walks
Customer focused service delivery
Compliance and H&S
Data recording and reporting
Working in a team, but also being self-sufficientOur ideal Candidate:

Great work ethic and loyal personality
Good Microsoft Office and IT skills
Good verbal and written skills, positive and approachable attitude.
Proactive approach to problem solving both client and worker issues along with customer service orientation
A strong team player who is flexible in their approach to the working hours and demands of a 24/7 operation to meet the client requirements
Be able to work under pressure to tight timescales whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated individual with a flexible and adaptable "can do" attitude to succeed
Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, empathy and sensitivity, especially when handling sensitive situations and information
Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
Good judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to learn fast
Ability to recognise the parameters of your role
High attention to detail
