We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as eCommerce assistant for our Nambé brand, supporting the trading and administration for the  website.  
 
You will be part of a team who are all working to maximise the commercial performance of our websites across all device types with the aim to maximise sales, profit and ensure that our customers visiting the website have the best customer experience. 
 
We would love to hear from individuals who have the following skills/attributes:

2 – 3 years in in similar roles, working with a number of ecommerce platforms, ideally Salesforce Commerce Cloud Strong online retail experience and commercial background
Competent in website functionality, online CX, digital marketing, and online merchandising
Experience using digital tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Power BI. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced business with aggressive growth plans
Willingness to learn new skills and keep pace in the ever-changing world of online retail
Strong Excel skills
You are calm under pressure and have strong organisational and delegation skills 
You have good time management skills and the ability to motivate others in demanding, time-critical situations that require action 
 
You will be supporting the implementation and execution of campaigns, promotional and product launches including seasonal activities such as Christmas.  You will also work closely with our talented Design, Marketing, Product Development and Distribution Centre teams to ensure all product launch dates are achieved on the site.
