About the Role:

Joining our team as an English Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in putting the children and young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and other learning needs at the heart of our mission. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing personalised support, implementing tailored strategies, and ensuring their holistic well-being is met. Building strong connections with parents, carers, and instilling trust and confidence in pupils, colleagues, families, and fellow professionals will be fundamental to this role.

About You:

We're looking for an individual who holds QTS or QTLS with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Your experience in this field, coupled with your ability to adapt and implement effective support strategies, will be highly valued.
