Production/Assembly Supervisor

AMJ Recruitment are recruiting for one of our prestigious National Client based in Nuneaton, for an Experienced Production/Assembly Supervisor to join their growing team.

Based - Nuneaton

Salary - £30000 to £32000 (DOE)

Working Hours - 08:00am until 16:45pm (Mon-Thur) and 08:00am until 12:30pm (Fri)

**Candidates MUST have Production / Assembly Management Experience in the past**

The main tasks will be:
• Supervise team members in duties and performance, providing feedback where necessary and reporting team strengths and opportunities.
• Stock Control.
• Housekeeping.
• Develop staff and rotational planning.
• Achieving Manufacturing Targets.
• Health and Safety and Risk assessments.
• Monitoring Quality objectives.
• Absence Management.
Candidates must have:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Comprehensive IT skills
• High levels of initiative, self-motivation, and time management
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritise workloads.
• Flexible and Reliable
• Demonstrate an awareness of health and safety.
• Supervisory Qualification or similar (or prepared to undertake)
