QA Engineer required by our client a high growth tech company in the Education sector. This is a great opportunity for a QA Engineer to build technology that positively impacts lives. The QA Engineer will be joining a dynamic team environment (pool table, Nintendo switch in office)

Job Overview:
As a QA Engineer you will be integral to the team, ensuring the highest quality software releases. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. 

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.

Qualifications/Experience:
• Proven experience in working as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on API, mobile apps, and WebGL testing.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with web functional testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or similar.
• Proficiency in testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, including familiarity with mobile testing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of DB querying and scripting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
