ABOUT THE ROLE
* Deliver our Fire Door installation projects on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard through your energy, knowledge, enthusiasm, and technical expertise.
* From day one, receive support and guidance from your Contracts Manager, who will ensure your smooth transition and development within the company.
* Collaborate with Heads of Departments, Commercial Managers, and Technical Auditors for project delivery, commercial, and quality support.
* Work closely with the administration team, direct labor, and subcontractors.
Core Responsibilities:
* Understand project scope, plan, and motivate site operatives for maximum productivity.
* Liaise with customers and building users to resolve access issues and progress work.
* Induct operatives to site-specific requirements.
* Ensure adherence to site practices and promote a 'right first time' culture.
* Capture progress and variation information for accurate reporting.
* Maintain organized site paperwork and diaries.
* Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections, and equipment checks to ensure health and safety practices.
* Perform Quality Assurance checks and maintain records in the Boris system.
* Resolve Quality Assurance issues, site problems, customer disputes, and complaints.

REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in carpentry, including installation of fire doors
* Supervising and scheduling work of others.
* Monitoring and maintaining health and safety and quality standards.
* Driving site productivity.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry or a related field.
* CSCS certification.
* SSSTS certification.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* IPAF/PASMA (preferred)
