Logical are working with a medium sized fire protection client who are based in the east Midlands area. They have work an exceptional amount of work and due to this they are looking to expand the team and bring in a business development manager to work across the South.

This job is to cover clients in the South from Birmingham to London and Southampton

Job Description

* Take responsibility to identify prospects within your addressable market and engage them directly and through the Demand Generation Team

* Engage multiple customer stakeholders and the customer Buying Team to build clarity and momentum in your proposals.

* Create strategies into desired prospects including value proposition, key stakeholder targets, and engagement strategy (LinkedIn email, phone, events etc.)

* Collaborate with your sales team and support functions to share learning and contribute to accelerating success across the entire sales organisation.

* Leverage CRM to manage your results.

* Achieve your quarterly and annual margin and revenue sales targets.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in business studies, Marketing, or a related field would be preferable.

* Clear Sales methodology in place to underpin sales opportunity creation, navigation and securing the decision.

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely.

* A proven track record of achievement with evidence of significant new business development success driven from both self-generated and incoming leads.

* Creative mindset able to conceive service and product combinations that innovate new ways the product can serve customers.

* Strong organisation skills and ability to work under pressure and learn new environments.

* Develop business plans for success including key milestones

* Strong business acumen and adaptability to various markets and product sales

* Sales experience gained within a technical sale will be an advantage.

* Sales experience gained within the Fire industry would be an advantage

* Commercially aware

* Driving Licence.
