Our client, a leading omni-channel solutions provider, is looking for an Account Manager to manage a diverse mix of clients and all activity relating to them.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the translation of client objectives into workable and specific briefs.

Key responsibilities

* Accountable for the quality, timings, brand projection and margin generated both on the work areas they handle and as part of the accounts team as a whole

* Deliver defined projects, goods and services and liaise with designated stakeholders within a particular account or area of operation

* Ensure projects are in compliance with contractual SLA’s

* Aid the Account Director in service delivery, improving margin and revenue and driving cost savings

Key skills required

* A positive, proactive can-do attitude, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

* Ability to communicate clearly at all levels with strong and adaptable interpersonal skills

* Time management and ability to prioritise tasks to ensure customer and business needs are met

* Experience of POS/DM/Digital Print

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Experience of using MS Office, Outlook and MI systems
