Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example as a knowledgeable and inspirational leader, coordinating teams effectively and mentoring them to ensure motivation and productivity.
Utilise your exceptional understanding of best practices and strong commercial acumen to direct projects and initiatives effectively.
Demonstrate outstanding people management skills in guiding a team of three, with potential for expansion.
Leverage your experience in retail display to understand shopper behaviour and make informed investment decisions based on available data.
Propose and implement solutions aimed at delivering measurable returns on investment, driving the success of our projects.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in the retail industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Experience in understanding shopper behaviour and utilising data to inform decision-making processes.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to propose and implement initiatives that deliver tangible results.
Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to foster relationships at all levels within our agency and with clients.
Ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain participative and inquisitive.
