Salary - £35,100.00 - £42,000.00 + NHS Pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH

Practice Nurse post
30 hours - 37.5 hours available
4 day working week available for FT
Traditional Practice Nurse workload
Opportunities to develop as a Nurse
Specialism in any long-term condition
Focuses on immunisations, smears, cytology, wound care, bloods, vaccinations, pill checks and more
Oversee chronic disease management
PRIMARY CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
