Senior Recruitment Consultant

RSW would love to speak with experienced Recruitment Consultants or Senior Recruitment Consultants who has strong experience of 360 Temporary Recruitment within a recruitment agency environment and a proven billing record.

We are open to speaking with recruiters who can demonstrate that they can transfer specialisms.

A lead by example approach with strong new business experience.

Existing leadership experience would be a bonus, however, the personality traits and desire to coach / lead would be sufficient.

You will need to a confident character who is able to inspire others, highly motivated and career driven individual who would like to quickly progress.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our business to work closely with our Branch Manager

The Core objectives of the role are to:

Support the Branch Manager to lead, nurture and coach the existing team.

Undertake a hands-on 360 recruitment role within either Marketing or Sales Recruitment

Become recognised as the go to recruiter within your region and specialism.

To grow, recruit and build your own team of high performing recruiters and become recognised as a top leader.
