Job Description:
* Manage and oversee multiple contracts from inception to completion
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and construction workers
* Implement effective project management processes and procedures
* Monitor and control project budgets and schedules
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the design and build sector
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Effective communication and negotiation abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
