Baker

We are currently searching for a Baker to join our team at an Artisan Bakery in Bridport, Dorset. We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join us in creating unique and delicious breads using our traditional processes. Previous bakery experience is preferred, but kitchen experience is essential.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating organic, long fermentation Artisan sour doughs, as well as a variety of other breads, pastries, and cakes. These products are sold in high-end retail outlets and in our own shop in Bridport town.

We are looking for a conscientious and reliable team player, who can also take charge and manage a shift in the absence of the Head Baker.

As a designated key holder, you will be working on a night shift, baking breads to be distributed early the next day.
