Salary additions: Comprehensive and innovative benefits package
Hourly Pay Rates:
18 - 20 year olds = £11.00
21+ = £11.44
Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
Our client seeks a Front of House Assistant who is enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to creating memorable experiences for their customers. As part of their team, you will:
- Greet customers warmly and ensure their needs are met with a smile
- Take orders and serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and service areas
Requirements:
- Passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
- Previous experience in pubs, restaurants, or hotels is advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our client's standards and procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
