Location: Southwold and surrounding villages
Salary: £21,564, dependant on experience
Employment type: Full-time & Part-time
Salary additions: Comprehensive and innovative benefits package
Position: 1x Part-time (29.5 hours per week) - £17,548.96 per annum
Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
Role Overview:
Join the Internal Sales Hub, the cornerstone of the business, where every sales opportunity is maximised, and support for the wider sales teams is provided. The tight-knit team recognises the value of each customer and works tirelessly to ensure exceptional service delivery.
As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will:
- Provide high levels of customer service over the phone, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Identify and understand individual customer needs, striving to exceed their expectations at every interaction.
- Take ownership of customer accounts, fostering successful, enduring relationships and ensuring a consistently exceptional experience.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively within the team, maintaining high operational standards and processes.
- Utilise strong communication and IT skills to excel in the role.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service sales environment is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
