Sales Support Administrator
We’re one of the largest independent distributors of Google products in the UK, and we’re seeking a Sales Support Administrator to be part of our exciting journey.
As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You’ll handle sales orders, run reports, and collaborate with suppliers to gather pricing and lead times. Your organisational skills will shine as you manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
Bridge the gap between teams and customers. You’ll ensure relevant information flows seamlessly, making everyone’s experience top-notch.
To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience, as well as the desire to develop in other areas:
* Previous administration experience
* Organisation and time management
* Strong communication and relationship building skills with both customers and vendors
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Positive attitude and work well with a team
* Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and mail packages
* Ability to learn quickly, with a methodical and logical approach

Responsibilities include:
* Manage and process orders efficiently.
* Chase and supply quotes via our internal system.
* Prepare and run reports for our valued customers.
* Provide stellar support to our clients.
* Attend and contribute to meetings when needed.
* Keep up-to-date with new products, services and sales tools.
* Work closely with other departments to resolve any issues
