THE 1ST LINE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER ROLE:

Working in a team of 9 IT support staff, you will be:
Taking support tickets and working with customers to resolve their issues by remote access
Working on special projects, investigating new technology and services
Receive paid training and mentoring to develop further certification.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office packages
Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
Ability to think on your feet and solve any complex issues with empathy
Keen to learn and gain further industry-recognised qualifications.

£21,000 - £25,000, dependent on experience
