Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for an Administrator to work for a company based in Sunderland.

This is a full-time and permanent position.

Role:

* Clerical duties, including answering phones, greeting clients and preparing documents

* Support with day to day administrative tasks including issuing quotes and invoices

* Managing diaries and meetings, scheduling and planning meetings and events

* Order office supplies as required

* Supporting with procurement and tender processes

* Liaising with clients and stakeholders

* Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance

* Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations

* Booking travel and accommodation for team members

Background:

* Attention to detail able to work to deadlines under pressure

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* IT literate with good typing skills and confident using a range of programmes including email, word processors, presentations and spreadsheets

* Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively

* Customer service skills

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
