Search are pleased to partner with a long-standing client to source a Framework Manager. In this role you will look after one of their key accounts, and oversee all projects which come through this framework; from working with the estimator to secure contracts, to ensuring operational delivery of the project is meeting KPIs to working with a dedicated in house QS to oversee contract conditions and all commercial activity within the framework, you will be a pivotal part of the ongoing success of this relationship.

Projects will consist of New Build, refurbishment and fit out contacts as well as some small works and maintenance type jobs. Each project will have a dedicated team of site managers and commercial staff whom you will manage to ensure the job is delivered on time, within budget whilst maintaining KPIs and the relationship with the client. You will have full autonomy over the framework reporting to the board of directors, so there is a real opportunity here to shape a committed team to deliver a robust service to this key client.

You should be able to demonstrate past experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, within a framework environment would be advantageous. Understanding of bid process, operational and commercial management is essential and NEC contract experience would be desired. You should be customer facing and have a proven track record of delivering high quality build and fit out projects.
