Children's Registered Manager

Social Staffing Solutions are looking for passionate Children's Home Registered Manager for a new permanent role based in Chorlton, Greater Manchester. This is to join an existing/new provider of a 3 bed EBD Ofsted Registered home.

· Salary, Dependent on Experience and knowledge £45,000- £60,000 Per Year

What The Post Requires
 
· A minimum of 5 years’ Working in Residential Childcare
· At least 2 year in a role supervising and managing staff in a Deputy Manager role
· NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare
· Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
· Must have a “GOOD” or ‘OUTSTANDING within the last two years OFSTED Inspections
 
What the post responsibilities include but not limited to
 
· Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements
· Meeting all budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets
· Matching potential Young People with the current residents
· Ensuring Young People have a positive influence from the staff team through your leadership and management of the home.
· Preparing reports and attending a range of meetings, such as review meetings with multi-agency partners, management meetings and interviewing new potential staff for your team
