Remuneration Package - £60,000 - £70,000 + car allowance + package

My esteemed client, one of the most prestigious names in the UK construction industry, is seeking a talented and accomplished Senior Site Manager to join their high-performing team on a £100 million Multi - Occupancy Project in the heart of Manchester.

Salary On Offer:
Private healthcare & dental packages
£60,000 - £70,000 base salary
£6,000 car allowance
Maternity/Paternity leave
25 day holidays + bank holidays Experience 
Experience of overseeing larger value projects £50m+ from start to completion.
Proven track record of delivery as a Site Manager ideally with experience of High Rise Residential projects.
Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to deal with any issues that quickly & efficiently
Adhering to high standards of health & safety & build quality
