Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:

● Support children's learning and development, particularly those with autism

● Provide one-to-one assistance to pupils as required

● Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

● Communicate effectively with both pupils and teaching staff

●Contribute to the assessment and recording of pupil progress

●Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies

Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:

● Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.

● Must have a passion for education

● Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

● Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
